Just follow this three-step process to order online:


  1. Fill out your billing & shipping address/information below, along with your credit card info (or PayPal if you prefer). Be sure to include the birth information when ordering custom reports.
  2. Select the report(s) from the check box list below.
  3. Click the "Send" button to email this order.

    Emailed reports - Please note that the prices shown are kept low for emailed reports.  We send the report(s) in the pdf format to your email address that you supply us.  

    Physical Mail - When you request your report be sent to you through the mail, that is more work, time, effort, and supplies. So of course that will be an additional charge. Shipping fees ($5-$16) are based upon speed of delivery (overnight, ground, etc.) & the destination location; we will contact you with this amount.
